The SB-22s is an update on the SB-22 Speedlight. It provides four auto aperture settings (f/2.8 to f/8 at ISO 100).

This Nikon pre-CLS flash is for all intents and purposes a generic flash unit when used on any DSLR. Its legacy Nikon OTF TTL-mode is incompatible with CLS, but it will work fine in manual and non-TTL auto mode.

Coverage is 35 mm (FX), but there is a built-in wide flash adapter that gives 28 mm coverage.

Comes with soft case SS-22s. Can be used with optional DC Unit SD-7 and Battery Pack SD-8.
