Flash cable for the SB-400

It seems to me that the versatility of a Nikon SB-400 Speedlight could be increased if there was a cable that could connect it to the hot-shoe. Then you could handhold the SB-400 and aim it anywhere you want.

Does anyone know if someone manufactures such a cable?

Responses:

Get the Nikon SC-28

For a Nikon TTL Off-Camera Shoe Cord, there is the SC-17 (discontinued), its replacement, the SC-28, and the luxury model SC-29 (with an AF-assist light so that you still have AF-assist when you move your Speedlight out of the hot-shoe).

There is also aftermarket solutions.
